When and how do we employ the worldview of Islam in our daily lives?
All the time. The Worldview of Islam is the way muslims are meant to view the world as what it was created for: with the right purpose and in the right order of things (adab).

The true way of seeing allows us to interact with the world and its people better and respectfully.

Ultimately, it the worldview of islam allows us to experience our existence in ways that is pleasing to Allah and fulfilling our covenants with him.

Example
A Forest
Secular worldview perceive the forest as collection of trees on lands to be utilized or plunder to fit the market needs, completely disregarding its role and place in the cosmology as decided by the Creator.
Crucially, man too forgets their environmental stewardship of the lands.
“The world is sweet and green (alluring) and verily Allah is going to install you as vicegerent in it in order to see how you act…”
— Prophet Muhammad (SAW) (Sahih Muslim 2742, Book 49, Hadith 12)
Worldview of Islam

Breathing living creation of Allah
Do you not see that to Allah bow down ˹in submission˺1 all those in the heavens and all those on the earth, as well as the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, and ˹all˺ living beings, as well as many humans, while many are deserving of punishment. And whoever Allah disgraces, none can honour. Surely Allah does what He wills.”
- Al-Hajj. 18 (Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran)

Exist in complex communities and man must respect the order and its rights.
“All living beings roaming the earth and winged birds soaring in the sky are communities like yourselves.1 We have left nothing out of the Record.2 Then to their Lord they will be gathered all together”.
– Al-An’am, 38 (Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran)

Living Creation of Allah that actively in zikr. Being kind to them would also leads to its gratitude.
“The seven heavens, the earth, and all those in them glorify Him. There is not a single thing that does not glorify His praises—but you ˹simply˺ cannot comprehend their glorification. He is indeed Most Forbearing, All-Forgiving.”
– Al-Isra, 44 (Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran)
Hazard during storm (pruning of old barks is important), also provide shades and protection from the gust.
Simply removing is disrespectful to the fitrah of man who loves green
“He is the One Who has placed you as successors on earth and elevated some of you in rank over others, so He may test you with what He has given you. Surely your Lord is swift in punishment, but He is certainly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
— Al-An’Am, 165. (Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran)

Having the right worldview allows you to experience the surrounding worlds better. By understanding the order and place of things, it allows us to be able to address them and honour them as how its created by Allah SWT.
What starts with the understanding of man and creation, leading to the understanding of the nature of God, and nature of revelations and everything else accordingly.
